The Raven app sits on your phone or computer home screen, opens full screen and alerts you at every step of your order, even with the site closed. It takes no space and needs no app store.

    1. 1.Open this site in Chrome (or Samsung Internet).
    2. 2.Tap the three dots ⋮ in the top right corner.
    3. 3.Choose "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen") and confirm. The Raven icon shows up with your apps.

For customers

  • Order approved and released to boosters.
  • Payment confirmed.
  • Security alert when the booster opens your account login in the vault.

For boosters

  • New order available for bidding (be first).
  • Your bid was picked and the order is yours.
  • Customer saved the login in the vault or added a live stream.
  • Earnings released, payout sent and season bonus.
  • Interview, support and admin notices.

Alert didn't arrive?

I turned it on but the test doesn't show

Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus is off and that notifications for the browser (or the Raven app) are allowed in your device settings.

Alerts are late on Android

Some phones (Xiaomi, Samsung, Motorola) hold notifications to save battery. In Settings → Battery, set Chrome and Raven to unrestricted.

On iPhone there is no button to turn them on

Alerts only work with Raven installed on the Home Screen (step 1) and opened from the icon. In Safari, iPhone does not allow it.

I changed phones or cleared the browser

Alerts are tied to the device and browser. Open this page on the new device and turn them on again.

I signed out: do I still get alerts?

No. Signing out turns off alerts on that device so nobody gets someone else's alerts.
