How Raven Boosting handles personal data from customers and boosters.
1. Data controller
Raven Boosting controls the personal data processed on this platform. To exercise your rights or ask questions, contact support through the platform or our official Discord server.
2. Data we collect and why
We collect account and profile data to create and authenticate accounts; application details to select boosters; orders, messages, and attachments to deliver services; technical data for security and fraud prevention; and support messages to provide assistance. We do not store card data: Stripe processes it directly.
3. Who we share data with
We share only what is necessary with Stripe, infrastructure and email providers, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. International transfers use appropriate contractual data-protection safeguards.
4. Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal retention periods. It is then deleted or anonymized.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, sharing information, and withdrawal of consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access, private files with temporary links, and database access policies.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage to maintain your session and language and currency preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Clearing this data will require you to sign in again.
8. Minors
The platform is intended for people legally able to enter contracts. Accounts belonging to minors without guardian authorization may be closed and their data deleted.
