We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Contact support through your order ticket or our Discord server and provide the order number. Raven Boosting reviews the request and, when approved, Stripe returns the payment to the original payment method.
Processing time
After approval, funds are returned through the original payment method. Processing depends on the bank or digital wallet and usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
Completed services
For digital services already completed in full, we review each request individually based on the progress recorded in the order. You may still submit a request within 30 days, and the final decision will be shared in the ticket.
